Warranty process

  1. Contact our warranty department for log in case, through hot line 1800-220-180 or through email philips.mnt.my@tpv-tech.com.​

  2. After log in case, our warranty department will verify the case and contact for pick up (Klang Valley), or courier if customer is located in outstation.

  3. We will repair and test the monitor, and return back to customer.
