5 years warranty terms and condition

This promotion only apply customer who purchase from 1st January 2024 until 31st December 2025.

Customer must purchase Philips monitors from local Malaysia and Philips Premium Partner only.

Customer need to register warranty within 3 weeks after purchase to entitle the 5 years warranty.

Customer who purchase Philips monitors from oversea or non Premium partner will not entitle.

Customer must register product warranty to entitle extra + 2 years warranty, customer who didn't register for warranty will not entitle for extra +2 years warranty.

Philips monitor Malaysia reserves the right to reject information submitted on the Philips monitors website and/or social media if we deem it not legible, in non-English alphabets, to use foul language, or suspect it as spam or of a fraudulent nature.
Warranty process

Contact our warranty department for log in case, through hot line 1800-220-180 or through email philips.mnt.my@tpv-tech.com.​

After log in case, our warranty department will verify the case and contact for pick up (Klang Valley), or courier if customer is located in outstation.

We will repair and test the monitor, and return back to customer.
