Contact our warranty department for log in case, through hot line 1800-220-180 or through email philips.mnt.my@tpv-tech.com.​

After log in case, our warranty department will verify the case and contact for pick up (Klang Valley), or courier if customer is located in outstation.
-
We will repair and test the monitor, and return back to customer.
